We’ve recently opened our new space here, at the 25 Building: “The Lewis Davis Pavilion: A Civic, Cultural and Entertainment Center”.
Lew Davis was the architect of Waterside. And his namesake pavilion is an event space featuring an exciting variety of programs that will encourage civic engagement, spark cultural discussion, and bring together friends and neighbors for a night of entertainment. When not being used for events it is a gathering space and lounge for residents where they can work out of the wifi-enabled space (from noon to 8pm).
In January, we began our engaging lecture series with MoMa, The Museum of Modern Art! Jennifer M. Katanic showcased 3 key exhibits at MoMA and discussed the lives of the artists: Claude Monet, Charles White and Constantin Brancusi.
Our residents were also treated to a Night of Magic – and mentalism – featuring two of the most in-demand magicians on the scene today – David Corsaro and Mark Zacharia.
The Pavilion marks the beginning of another exciting chapter in the life of Waterside.
We look forward to you enjoying the space and its many upcoming offerings!
