We may be moving into summer’s end, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still have lively fun!

It’s cutting edge! In the first half, you’ll start the calorie burning process by using weights and core related exercises. In the second half, you’ll go into Pilates mat exercises. Doing Pilates with weights allows you to burn more calories as you build your long, lean muscles. Get it all, in one great, upbeat class!
