Free BollyX Class + Special Offer – Health Club in September

We may be moving into summer’s end, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still have lively fun!

Our September promotional class at Waterside Swim and Health Club is “BollyX”, on Tuesdays at 7:30pm (starting September 12th) – with instructor, Clara Ma of BollyX.

“BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program with cardio workout cycles between high and low intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.”

Clara Ma is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor who currently teaches BollyX in New York City. She is an avid group fitness fanatic with a fitness motto of try everything at least once!)

This class is free to non-members! (And, of course, the class is open to members too.)

September’s Free Class: Cardio Pilates

Love the toning of Pilates but need a workout that’s more energetic? You want “Cardio Pilates”!
 
And, as luck would have it, it’s also our free September class for non-members at Waterside Plaza Swim & Health Club! All welcome.
 
Try this fabulous fusion class: Thursdays at 6:30PM

It’s cutting edge! In the first half, you’ll start the calorie burning process by using weights and core related exercises. In the second half, you’ll go into Pilates mat exercises. Doing Pilates with weights allows you to burn more calories as you build your long, lean muscles. Get it all, in one great, upbeat class!

With instructor extraordinaire: Veronica Farje.
