For January, Waterside Swim and Health Club helps you begin the new year feeling balanced!
“Therapeutic Yoga” is our promotional class this month! Mondays at 9:30am – with instructor Jessica Hanson.
This class is free to non-members. (And, of course, the class is open to members too.)
“Therapeutic Yoga is a relaxing and low impact class, an effective practice for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness. It combines gentle yoga, breath work and guided meditation techniques. An opportunity to step away from the stress of the outside world.”
New Year Kick Start: Join in January and receive 3 free training sessions!

Waterside Swim and Health Club has a few ways to help you with that!
The Health Club is offering these January specials:
3 (30 minute) personal training sessions for just $99.00 (normally $135)
3 (30 minute) swim lessons for $99.00 (normally $165)
Free January Class
“Cardio Weight Training” (Mondays at 7:30pm – 8:30pm) is a one stop body shock that combines easy, yet effective cardio routines, interlaced with weights and resistance work. Each drill has been designed to create strong, lean, agile, flexible bodies.
