Instructor David Cabrol is much loved by members at Waterside Swim and Health Club. He’s been at the Health Club for 20 years and has 26 years of teaching experience. (He has taught generations of Watersiders to swim).

This class is offered Mondays at 12:00pm – and is our promotional class this month: Free to non-members.

Free Candlelight Yoga + Special Offer – Health Club in May

This May, may you decompress and feel soothed!

At Waterside Swim and Health Club – with our “Candlelight Slow Flow Yoga”.

Soft light, soft senses, allow yourself to soften.

“Unwind from your week…literally! A series of held poses supported by props will allow the connective tissue of the body to melt. We will then move gently through slow Vinyasa sequences enhanced by aromatherapy.”

This class is offered on Thursdays at 7:30pm and is our promotional class this month: Free to non-members.

Free Therapeutic Yoga Class – Health Club in July

If only summers came with a “Get Out of Stress Free” card. Well, this month there’s something pretty close! Our July promotional class at Waterside Swim and Health Club is “Therapeutic Yoga”:

“Therapeutic yoga focuses on stress reduction and balance for the mind and body with supported poses, hands-on-healing, and guided meditation and massage. It’s especially recommended for those recovering from illnesses and injuries.”

This class is free to non-members! You can try it all month! And, of course, the class is open to members as well.

It’s on Mondays at 9:30am with Jessica Hanson (Note: No classes on July 3rd) and Fridays at 10:30am with Katherine Illescas.

Free Aquasize Class – Health Club in June

What could be more appealing in hot weather than a dip in the pool? How about being in the pool – and getting your workout?

Try an exercise that allows you to get fit – without breaking a sweat.

In June, Waterside Swim and Health Club is offering “Aquasize” as its promotional class, so if you’re not a member, you are welcome to give it a whirl, free, all month! And, of course, the class is open to members.

Mondays at noon is “Aquasize Monday”

“Aquasize is water aerobics, a non-impact workout that uses the resistance of the water  to improve endurance, strength and flexibility. Instructor David Cabrol will guide you through exercises in the pool. Benefits include improvement in range of motion, balance and coordination. A great class for those recovering from an injury or for those looking for an intense workout without any stress on your joints.”

This is a wonderful class with an exceptional instructor.

Free Candlelight Slow Flow Yoga Class – Health Club in May

Unwind from your week!

In May, Waterside Swim and Health Club is offering “Candlelight Slow Flow Yoga” (Thursdays at 7:30pm – 8:30pm) – which combines a slow vinyassa class with aromatherapy. Super soothing!

This is the Free May Class, so non-members wanting to check out the Health Club can give this a try, all month. And, of course, members, can do it too!

“The soft light is the first thing you’ll notice, allowing your senses to soften as well. A series of held poses supported by props will allow the connective tissue (fascia) of the body to melt. Once we’ve loosened, we’ll move gently through slow vinyasa sequences.

Aromatherapy in savasana is the icing on the cake. Stress relief achieved.”
