Fun fitness: Get a workout while learning exciting Bollywood-style dance moves!
Waterside Swim and Health Club has two promotional classes this month!
We may be moving into summer’s end, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still have lively fun!
“BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program with cardio workout cycles between high and low intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated.”
Clara Ma is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor who currently teaches BollyX in New York City. She is an avid group fitness fanatic with a fitness motto of try everything at least once!)
This class is free to non-members! (And, of course, the class is open to members too.)
