September at Health Club: Try Free Water Aerobics and Bolly X Classes

At Waterside Swim & Health Club, you can try two effective and fun fitness classes – free!

This September, the promotional classes are:

“Water Aerobics” – Tuesdays at 6:30am (with Catalina)

Jump in the pool to give your knees and backs a break from regular cardio. Water provides up to 12 times more resistance than air, making it an ideal no-impact alternative for strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. This workout helps you improve endurance, strength and flexibility – as well as balance and coordination.

“Bolly X” – Tuesdays at 7:30pm (with Swara)

This Bollywood inspired dance-fitness class keeps you feeling upbeat and motivated by the heart-pumping, energetic rhythms of Bollywood.  A cross of dynamic choreography and high intensity interval training (HIIT), burning up to 800 calories per 50-minute session.
