Off-Peak Senior Membership

Save more than 50% with the Off-Peak Senior Membership! If you are 62 or older and flexible about when you work out, the Off-Peak Senior Membership is ideal. During off-peak hours only, from 10AM to 2PM, enjoy full access to the club–pool, cardio equipment, weight room, saunas and group fitness classes — for only $300 per year!

Senior Fitness Classes

The Club now offers group fitness classes specifically designed for older adults that promote an active lifestyle. We offer Aquacize at 12PM on Mondays and Theraputic Yoga at 9:30AM on Mondays and at 10:30AM on Fridays.
