Whether you love dancing, or can’t wait to be in the water, at Waterside Swim & Health Club, there are classes and private training for you! And this month, you can try these classes free – as well as save on the private training.
This October, the promotional classes are:
“Water Aerobics” – Wednesdays at 6:00pm – with David
Jump in the pool to give your knees and backs a break from land-based cardio. Water provides up to 12 times more resistance than air, making it an ideal no-impact alternative for strength training and cardiovascular conditioning.
“Bolly X” – Tuesdays at 7:30pm – with Swara
This dance fitness class is Bollywood inspired and driven by the heart-pumping, energetic rhythms of Bollywood, the film industry of India. A cross of dynamic choreography and high intensity interval training (HIIT), burning up to 800 calories per 50-minute session.
Both classes are free to non-members (and, of course, members are welcome too)!
