Mind and body work in conjunction with each other. Mental wellness is just as important as physical wellness. Learn how integrating dance/movement therapy in dance fitness classes can result in enhanced well-being for participants.
Originally from Mumbai, Swara trained as a professional choreographer and performer. Her high energy workouts involve interactive dance moves and dancing with other participants. Her clients leave class feeling fit, positive and happy!
