In partnership with Health Advocates for Older People, Waterside will have Chair Yoga in the Gallery of the Lewis Davis Pavilion. With instructor Stephanie Harding of Yoga Your Way New York. Wednesdays at 1pm Gentle/Chair Yoga is for people with physical limitations, or anyone looking for an especially gentle class. In partnership with Health Advocates for Older People, Waterside will offer Mah Jongg instructions on Thursdays from 1-3 pm in the Gallery. Mah Jongg is a game of skill, strategy, and calculation that involves a degree of chance. Instructor, Ahuva Ellner, will teach all who assemble how to play this popular game.

Thursday Night Concert Series: Metamorphic Winds
