Waterside Plaza offers a hearty congratulations to the 2014 graduates of NYU Sackler School of Medicine and College of Dentistry living at Waterside! We are proud to have been your home away from home as you’ve worked towards your degree.

As a quiet, full-service residential complex within walking distance of “Bedpan Alley, as they call the hospital-heavy neighborhood of Murray Hill, Waterside Plaza has long been an ideal home for the scrub-clad set. Learn more about Waterside Plaza’s Medical Community here.

Dubbed "the most psychedelic light show of all time," by Rolling Stone magazine, The Joshua Light Show is one of the trailblazing legends of visual art in live music. Since the 1960s, group founder and multimedia media artist Joshua White has been creating live candy-colored projections behind the greatest bands of the era, such as The Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin and The Doors at legendary venues, including Woodstock. Now, the Joshua Light Show returns to our neighborhood at the NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts, September 13-16, for four evenings of mind-bending art in collaboration with acclaimed and avante garde musicians of our time, including Lou Reed and Milford Graves. You can see the full performance schedule and purchase tickets at the NYU Skirball Center website. Our residents who are NYU graduate students can get a special discount on ticket prices by logging in here.
