Free “Contour” – Mondays at 8:30am (with Emma)
A non-stop blend of low impact cardiovascular and weight-bearing exercises, creatively woven together to develop lean muscle and rev up your metabolism.
“Bolly X” – Tuesdays at 7:30pm (with Swara)
This dance fitness class is Bollywood inspired and driven by the heart-pumping, energetic rhythms of Bollywood. A cross of dynamic choreography and high intensity interval training (HIIT), burning up to 800 calories per 50-minute session.
Both classes are free to non-members (and, of course, members are welcome too)!
