Free Strength and Tai Chi Classes + Special Offer – Health Club in December
Two free classes for you to try and love! This December, at Waterside Swim and Health Club you can sample “Strength and Body Conditioning” Tuesdays at 7:30am and “Tai Chi” Saturdays at 10:15am. These classes are free to non-members – and, of course, members are also welcome to take them.
Strength and Body Conditioning is a total body workout designed to challenge your cardio-respiratory and muscular endurance and improve your core strength and flexibility. Fun and effective for all ages and fitness levels!

Tai Chi is a class that involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. The class is a self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching.
