Free Rippedism Class + Special Offer: Health Club in October
This month, Waterside Swim and Health Club has two ways to jump-start your fall fitness regimen:
Promotional Class: “Rippedism”
“Rippedism” is our October promotional class, Fridays at 9:30am.
Instructor: Stu Lupoten
Rippedism is inspired by the 60 day body transformation program created by Waterside trainer Stu Lopoten and his fitness partner Jeff Hirsch. The workouts improve cardiovascular stamina, build muscular strength and burn massive amounts of calories to carve a sculpted, lean body. This utilizes the High Intensity Interval Training principle to maximize fat loss, build lean muscle, and get you fit fast!
This class is free to non-members! (And, of course, the class is open to members too.)
