Free Candlelight Slow Flow Yoga Class – Health Club in May
Unwind from your week!
In May, Waterside Swim and Health Club is offering “Candlelight Slow Flow Yoga” (Thursdays at 7:30pm – 8:30pm) – which combines a slow vinyassa class with aromatherapy. Super soothing!
This is the Free May Class, so non-members wanting to check out the Health Club can give this a try, all month. And, of course, members, can do it too!
“The soft light is the first thing you’ll notice, allowing your senses to soften as well. A series of held poses supported by props will allow the connective tissue (fascia) of the body to melt. Once we’ve loosened, we’ll move gently through slow vinyasa sequences.
Aromatherapy in savasana is the icing on the cake. Stress relief achieved.”
